About me
Some Background
My name is Joshua Chemin and I was born and raised in a rural town in Florida. I have always had an interest in many things growing up like sports, music, and obviously video games which helped me fit in to many groups of people and always gave me something to do. However, this made choosing what I wanted to do in life difficult. My plan for the longest time was to go to school for Sports Kinesiology and Exercise Science like my brother, but in the end I chose to attend the University of Central Florida, majoring in Digital Media: game design track. What a change huh?
My Journey
Coming into this program has been very intimidating, because I feel like I was behind compared to some of the people who live and breathe video games. I had so many questions about the game design industry that I just couldn’t get answered. That’s why I want to share my journey with any of you that feel the same way I did and answer those questions that will help you become successful in this rapidly growing industry.
